Dr. Hatef’s overarching philosophy is very basic: A commitment to the finest results.

In keeping with that philosophy, you can expect:

Dr. Hatef will take the time to communicate with you. He will talk with you and ascertain what your goals are. During the consultation, Dr. Hatef will discuss your options, and whether or not your goals are attainable. He will also discuss with you his aesthetic preferences, and how those affect his preferred course of action.
Dr. Hatef will not rush through your operation. Instead of speeding through surgery trying maximize the bottom line, he will spend the necessary time to perform your surgery in as perfect a manner as possible, ensuring that everything is done to get you a pleasing result. After surgery, you will work together to minimize complications and discomfort, and to maximize your healing.
Dr. Hatef will respond to your concerns. Neither the staff nor Dr. Hatef will ignore complications or unfavorable results. We will make a shared commitment to do our best to make things right.

LOREN DAUGHDRILL, LME

Senior Medical Aesthetician & Certified Laser Specialist

Equipped with over 16 years of advanced medical skincare experience, Loren has received extensive training with a multitude of the most cutting-edge skincare devices and treatments in the industry. She prides herself on making her patients feel comfortable and special, and effectively customizes each experience to the individual needs. She has advanced specialized training and certification in skin treatments such as microneedling, laser therapy for pigment, vascular, resurfacing, hair removal and rejuvenation. She has an edge with chemical peels treatments and other medical facial techniques. Having suffered from problematic skin as an adolescent, Loren has spent her career committed to finding treatments and products that give the best results! She is always searching for the latest skincare practices and technology to further her knowledge in the industry. Aside from skincare, Loren loves being creative, and has a passion for home decor and fashion! She lives in Nashville with her husband of 10 years and their 2 little ones!

JESSIE HENRY, FNP-C

Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, Senior Injector & Laser Specialist

Jessie is a recent Nashville resident who moved here from New York City two years ago. She graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2011 with her Nursing degree and continued her education at Sacred Heart University with a Master of Science in Nursing in 2018. Jessie has over 7 years of experience in aesthetics with a strong background in plastic surgery and working in the operating room. She has had extensive training on the most impressive technology in the industry and with injectables, lasers, and body contouring. She has been recognized by patients for delivering the finest patient care before and after surgery and adding comfort every step of the way. Jessie’s nurturing demeanor and calm attitude makes patients feel at ease. Jessie brings friendly and enthusiastic energy to our practice, and we are confident that our patients are receiving the most honest care when they are in her hands. Outside of the office, Jessie enjoys spending time with her husband and black lab Drake, and going back to her hometown in Connecticut where her family lives.

Originally from Kentucky, I spent eight years living in Los Angeles on and off, where I had the incredible opportunity to work under a world-renowned master esthetician for Biologique Recherche. During that time, I trained extensively with the brand and fell in love with their philosophy, transformative facial techniques, and results-driven products. After returning to Tennessee, I’ve proudly offered my Biologique Recherche expertise to Nashville for over two years, and I’m beyond excited to now bring that same elevated experience to my new patients at Hatef Aesthetics. I offer a variety of facials, lasers, and body treatments designed to help patients look and feel their absolute best. I graduated from the Aveda Institute in Franklin, and fun fact—I was a patient at Hatef long before I became an esthetician myself. It feels so special to have come full circle and now be part of the team!
